Singapore SINGAPORE SPORTS & ORTHOPAEDIC CLINIC PTE. LTD. Full time

**Role Description**:

- Billing, checking patient's details, past invoices, appointment records, and checking payment records using Clinic Assist software
- Assist in appointments, operating theatre, ward, and other related bookings
- Assist in patient queries and divert calls to relevant parties
- Advise patients whether cashless payments can be extended for their visits
- Submission of claims through various insurance portals
- E-filing of patient details/Whatsapp chats to relevant folders
- Prepare instruments and assist the surgeon independently for minor surgeries
- This role will require standing in as a chaperone for female patients

**Requirements**:

- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Friendly, positive, meticulous, and a team-player
- Service-oriented
- Willing to learn
- Relevant clinic experience prior would be preferred
- Good communication skill

Working hours: Monday - Friday, Sat (half-day morning) [5.5 days]

Office hours no shift

Closed on Public holidays and Sundays.
