**Responsibilities**:

- Processing purchase requisitions according to standard operating procedures
- Sourcing of required raw materials, parts components, services for purpose of production or in-house consumption
- Negotiate terms of purchase with vendors, review and selection of quotations, prepare purchase orders and expedite delivery
- Ensure purchases are made at prices consistent with both quality and quantity requirements
- Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Implementing QMS and controlling documents and records

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Purchasing or Procurement
- Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantage
- Positive working attitude, hardworking & willing to take up challenges
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is meticulous with analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Commitment and initiatives to complete any urgent tasks timely when needed
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin and good telephone communication skills - to liaise with various Mandarin speaking associates regarding their concerns.
- Being able to start work immediately would be an advantage
