**Key Responsibilities** 1. Achieve on-time departure of flights by monitoring and ensuring**:

- Adequate and optimal manning level and Ground Service Equipment to handle the departure flights loading activities efficiently.
- Staff’s familiarity to various airlines’ varying requirements.
- Compliance to departure flight handling precision timing.

**2. Achieve on-time delivery of baggage and cargo in accordance to precision timings by monitoring and ensuring**:

- Adequate and optimal manning level and Ground Service Equipment to handle the arrival flights unloading activities efficiently.
- Staff’s familiarity to various airlines’ varying requirements.
- Compliance to arrival flight handling precision timing.
- Aircraft-to-aircraft transfer of cargo is carried out in accordance to requirements.

**3. Minimize mishandling by monitoring and ensuring**:

- Proper segregation of different types of deadload with the principle of ‘first in, last out ‘or ‘last in, first out’ in loading sequence with cargo being loaded first and baggage on the door side in accordance to the Loading Instruction Report.
- Physical check of the baggage and cargo labels to ensure correct flight number and destination meant for the flight handled.

**4. Minimize accident by monitoring and ensuring**:

- Staff adopting the principle of safe unloading / loading of aircraft.
- Relevant training tailored for all grades of staff.
- Daily safety audits by supervisory staff.
- Serviceable Ground Service Equipment in good working order are used.
- Staff’s adherence to roadway safety rules & regulations.
- Staffs adopt principle of defensive driving.
- Staff wearing of PPEs.
- Staff adopts safe work practices.

**5. No security violation and safe traveling for the passengers onboard by monitoring and ensuring**:

- Alertness and thoroughness in the search for the baggage to be offloaded.
- Counter-checking of the offloaded baggage against the tag numbers to satisfy that the baggage is / are offloaded correctly.

**6. Create disciplined and orderly operation work force by**:

- Oversee all staff matters at operation level, such as MCs, last minute leave, recall OT etc.
- Ensure staff discipline at operations such as initiating of Disciplinary Inquiry etc.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline;
- Possess good organizing, problem solving and supervisory skills and abilities;
- Possess strong communication skills;
- Be meticulous in his/her work output;
- Be comfortable with usage of various airline systems;
- Be highly adaptive and resilient at work;
- Be a team player, highly motivated with an analytical mind and an independent worker.
