**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
- Develop personalized workout plans tailored to each client's fitness level and aspirations.
- Offer expert advice on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support clients' fitness journeys.
- Monitor and adjust workout plans to ensure clients stay on track to meet their goals.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
- Assist members on the floor, even those not in personal training sessions.
- Perform mínimal admin tasks, including accurate tabulation of commissions and contracts.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment around the club.

**Requirements**:

- Nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification (ACSM, NASM, NCSF, ACE, or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in personal training.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR/AED certification is mandatory.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Proficiency in Chinese dialects is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
- Basic admin skills (Excel and booking systems).

5.5 days work week

Mondays to Friday 1030am - 830pm

Saturdays 1030am to 230pm

Pay scale $1,500 to $4,500

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
