About the role

Avante Gym & Yoga Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Female Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team in the Orchard Central Region. As a personal trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals through personalised training programs and support.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement customised fitness plans for individual clients based on their unique needs, goals and fitness levels
  • Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions to guide clients through effective and engaging workouts
  • Monitor client progress, provide feedback and make adjustments to training programs as needed
  • Offer motivation, accountability and encouragement to help clients stay motivated and committed to their fitness journey
  • Maintain detailed records of client progress and ensure a high level of customer service
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the gym by promoting our services and facilities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, preferably in a gym or fitness studio setting
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and safe training techniques
  • Ability to create and deliver innovative, results-driven training programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate clients
  • Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals
  • Certification in personal training or a related field (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
