**About Us** **General Job Description** Our sustainability programs aim to inspire and educate individuals on the importance of sustainable development through workshops, experiential learning journeys, and community engagement initiatives. These programs cover topics such as environmental conservation, renewable energy, green technologies, sustainable urban planning, and corporate sustainability strategies. The **Sustainability Programme Manager** reports to the Head of Innovation and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams. This role involves managing sustainability-related projects, developing educational content, briefing trainers, producing program materials, preparing logistics, and deploying trainers. Ensuring the quality and relevance of sustainability programs will be a key focus, and the Sustainability Programme Manager will also undertake facilitation and training assignments. Some examples of Sustainability Programmes that we offer: - Green Architecture and Urban Planning - Renewable Energy Workshops - Marine Conservation Program - Sustainable Agriculture and Urban Farming - Smart City Solutions Tour - Youth Advocacy for Climate Action **Team Oversight** - Assistant Programme Managers (Specialized Areas) - Content Developers - Administration Executive (Innovation) - Associate Trainers **Responsibilities** - Project Management_ - Plan, strategize, and implement effective program management. - Develop training processes and produce evidence of success, including: - Program outlines and content - Lesson plans for trainers - Assessment instruments - Learning materials for students - Logistics preparation and inventory management - Ensure overall quality and excellence in all programs - Proactively seek feedback and implement changes to elevate training experiences and exceed expectations. - Innovation_ - Stay updated with the latest training and development trends. - Continuously research and enhance program offerings. - Lead the annual development of new programs with innovative training solutions. - Support business development efforts for new market segments. - Talent Management (Associate Trainers)_ - Forecast training demands and ensure an adequate pool of active associate trainers. - Collaborate with the Head of Talent Management on the acquisition, training, development, and retention of the associate trainer pool. - Training_ - Undertake quality training as specified in the contract. - Ensure associate trainers participate in internal and external training workshops. - Personally engage in training and skill development for associate trainers. - Budgeting and Administration_ - Provide and schedule associate trainers and logístical support within the given budget (
