Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

**Job Description Summary**:
What do you need to know about the role:
The Global Accounts Executive will own the responsibility of expanding the commercial relationships with some of PayPal's largest partners globally. Responsibilities will include owning the overall strategy and commercial goals for these partnerships with a particular focus on developing a pipeline of value-based opportunities and fostering new strategic relationships.

Meet our team:
The Global Accounts Executive is responsible for building and executing strategies to grow commercial and strategic relationships with some of PayPal's largest partners globally. Reporting to the Global Accounts Director who leads PayPal's APAC Global Accounts segment, the role will require a significant track record of driving incremental commercial growth via strategic account leadership and successful executive engagement in a complex solution selling and competitive environment. Ultimately, this high-level performer is expected to increase PayPal's relevance with some of the most influential companies in the world.

**In your day-to-day, you will**:

- Build and execute account strategies to grow the commercial and strategic relationship with some of PayPal's largest global partners.
- Own and drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, product opportunities, and to jointly develop plans aimed at attaining partner needs, PayPal strategic objectives and assigned revenue quotas.

- Accountable for assigned portfolio of partners, and owns senior strategic relationships, positioning themselves as a trusted advisor.
- Negotiate or renegotiate favorable commercial terms, contracts and agreements that create sustainable, long-term value for all parties.
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders across PayPal Inc. globally such as product specialists, integration engineers, finance, pricing, legal, risk, sales operations, marketing and other teams as appropriate to achieve target results.
- Accelerate results through superior pipeline management, up-to-date pipeline reporting, navigating internal and external product roadmaps, and influencing resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage pipelines, accurately forecast revenue, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
