**E-Commerce Executive (3-4 Month Contract Temporary Position)**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Handle all necessary e-commerce related transaction, documents and records in the systems. Support the end-to-end fulfillment of online orders and related processes on a daily basis.
- Check and process daily incoming transaction in the system. Ensure smooth processes in purchasing, receiving, checking, listing, storing, selling, picking, packing and delivering. Avoid no-stock, wrong-product or late-delivery situations.
- Communicate and follow up delivery discrepancies, errors in records, documents etc. Ensure customer satisfaction by timely deliveries and meeting their service expectations.
- Update and manage online channels’ content such as marketing content and company information
- Support in implementation of all onsite marketing campaigns
- Assist in maintaining online channels’ page catalogue
- Attend to Online Channels customer service enquiries pertaining to product exchange, customer login issue and delivery status.
- Evaluate and report results and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales transaction
- Assist and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other documents
- Take up and support any other necessary ad hoc projects or works.

**REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS**
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not required.
- Min, 1-2 years’ experience in e-commerce, retail or relevant industry.
- Able to work in a fast-changing environment and multi-task
- Able to work and handle office operations independently without supervision and also as a team player.
