**The Opportunity**
**About the Role**
As a Customer Service and Operations Executive, you will:
- Prioritise cases by following internal procedures and by using own judgement
- Work in collaboration with team members and escalate cases that require higher-level support to senior team members
- Awesome telephone skills are desirable
- Managing inbound and outbound logistics at our Singapore office
- Managing and maintaining showroom/office inventory and procurement within our Singapore office
- Work closely with both Operations and Sales to share feedback to those teams
**About You**
As a Customer Service and Operations Executive, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or operations position
- A demonstrated interest in answering questions and solving problems by listening to customers, and by proactively looking for answers / solutions
- The ability to communicate confidently and clearly in both written and spoken English
- Willingness to learn and improve based on NPS feedback
- Be able to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably
- The ability to deliver excellent results and constantly improve our customer’s experience and aid in continued growth
- Proficient with customer service tools (Freshdesk or similar, chat systems, NPS feedback)
- Great organisational skills
