**Duties & Responsibilities**

Ø Ensure high standards and excellence in customer service experience for all enquiries’

Ø Attend to enquiries of customers: walk-in, call-in, write-in on online platforms

Ø Attend to customers check-in watches

Ø Process document for check-in and take photographs of check-in watches

Ø Liaise with Chief Technician for Assessment and prepare quotation to inform customers

Ø Follow-up on job execution, invoicing and right thru to collection of payment

Ø Document, Update, track and manage movement of watches check-in/ in repair/ collected

Ø Maintain a proper and precise spare parts inventory and pricing

Ø Upkeep cleanliness of service reception and service area

Ø On the job training will be provided

Ø Any other duties assigned by immediate superior

You shall commit yourself to fulfilling all assigned duties, to dedicate yourself to the business of the Company, and to always take actions that are in the best interest of the Company. This also entails that you are to represent the Company always and in every way on and off duty in a respectable manner.

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- watch industry: 2 years (required)
