**Roles & Responsibilities**

Develop and execute insights and derive marketing strategies
- Research & conduct data analysis on Competitor’s 4 P’s & SWOT market research, media digital costing & budgeting.
- Prepare, planning & implementation of accurate data and timely reporting.
- Planning and implementing campaign work
- Provide Support for marketing & social media
**Qualifications, Experience, Competencies & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or relevant field.
- Obsessed with business impact and growth
- Data-driven thinking
- Has a sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Strong planner with excellent project management
- Possess problem-solving skills, good communication capabilities and people skills with tolerance and ambiguity
- Client focused and good business acumen
- Ability to work under pressure and with a rapid turnaround time
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with deadlines
- Experience working with e-commerce, technology or online brands/clients is a plus
- Hands-on, hardworking, and motivated by a business in its ‘building phase’ and able to thrive in an environment with a ‘start-up’ culture
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team
