**About the Job**:
As Supernova’s Data Analyst, you are responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that provide mission-critical insights and metrics. You are an effective communicator with a mastery over data-wrangling and a keen eye for detail amid chaos. You are focused on making data more accessible and useful by understanding what success looks like to the end-user. As a self-starter, for you it's not just about reporting, you go beyond that to find newer relationships between data-points to target the business impact. You can handle multiple tasks meeting aggressive deadlines because you love a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and maintain high energy levels in a constantly changing environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the design, development and maintenance of ongoing reports on the business intelligence platform to drive key business decisions.
- Deep dive into data to investigate business issues, trends, uncover insights, and explore new opportunities for growth.
- Partner with business users (Brands, Operations, Finance, Marketing etc) to scope out their requirements (including. ad-hoc requests) into technical implementations.
- Conducting workshops and training end-users on new reports and dashboards as part of data democratization.
- Develop and maintain the data-dictionary and standard business rules governing the metrics and values captured from Supernova’s internal tools.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
- 3+ years experience as an analyst with a focus on business intelligence / data analytics to identify trends, patterns and insights from data.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in querying and working on large datasets using SQL / Python.
- Strong experience with Amazon Quicksight or any standard data visualization tools viz. Tableau / PowerBI.
- Experience building and maintaining Data integrations.
- Strong communication skills so as to serve as a bridge between technical and business jargon.
- Preferably with a background in Startups / Ecommerce / Consulting.
