**About Our Client**:
The client is a renowned MNC in the Maritime sector. They are the world's leading ESG focused digital Maritime platform that places focus on global safety, sustainability and social responsibility. They are looking for an Events Coordinator to run and execute key Events in Singapore such as Singapore Maritime Week amongst others.

Job scope will revolve around 3 main umbrellas - Designing global events portfolio, Execution of events, and Process planning

Designing Global Events Portfolio
- Research the shipping, commodities and finance landscape to find suitable events client to attend.
- Create connections with event organisers and Connect with hotels in key cities where client can host events (Athens, Singapore, Shanghai, London, Houston, New York etc.)
- Create an address book of suppliers for each location (photographers, caterers, printers etc.)

Execution:

- Liaise with regional sales team to ensure relevant events are hosted and attended.
- Collaborate with internal - CEO, the Leadership Team members, and external stakeholders to ensure that events run smoothly.
- Coordinate with suppliers and event organisers globally to execute events to time and budget (conference, round tables, breakfast connect events, webinars etc.)

Process Planning
- Create a set of repeatable event plans for various events (conferences, round tables, breakfast connect events, webinars etc.)
- Create pre-event checklists, task lists, post event KPI dashboards, and feedback reports

**The Successful Applicant**:

- At least 3 years of experience running both physical and virtual events independently.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high pressure scenarios.
- Ability to think quickly on your feet to ensure that event continues to run smoothly despite hiccups.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders globally.
- Willing to emcee an event or interview people on camera on an ad-hoc basis.
