Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a qualified Supply Chain Executive to join our Service Delivery team.

**Purchasing**
- Sourcing, collaboration with all stakeholders to qualify products, create Purchase Order and monitor all processes until goods are received and deployed to the field.
- Analyse purchase information, negotiate on price and delivery with suppliers and/or forwarder, provide all documents required according to export import regulations.
- Participates in any product development, providing information on availability, cost, models or suggestion/recommendation to the team.
- Monitors the performance of suppliers, develop assesment on quality and delivery monitoring, identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.

**Logistics**
- Monitor logistics process and focus for on time delivery both for import/export
- Liaise with freight forwarder in most effective way to manage all shipment (import/export/local)
- Liaise with each warehouse to handle Delivery Order (DO) for new orders from partners or DO for RMA or other purposes with detailed instructions
- Maintain accuracy information on DEAR Inventory System, focus on the accuracy of the information located in each warehouse, shipment received, sales order, transfer, RMA, SN/MAC Database etc.
- Review, prepare shipping documents (CI, PL, AWB, BL) and liaise with all stakeholders
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

**Warehouse**
- Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy of stock status
- Provide detailed instructions to warehouse for each Delivery Order
- Build and maintain good relationships with all warehouses
- Follow up for Proof of Delivery and SN/MAC for all equipment issued from warehouse

**General**
- Monitor process improvement and risk management via gaps and opportunities identification
- Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.

- Coordinate all main interfaces between Supply chain management with operations, sales and finance
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Preferred Skills and Background**
- Min. Bachelor degree in business, supply chain, OR technical specialization
- Experience in satellite telecommunication is advantage
- Experience handling supply chain with an ERP system
- Experience with international contract management is an advantage
