- Be self-motivated and eager to participate in JDMIS' vision.
- Have the patience, character and aptitude to determine priority tasks and perform repetitive activities consistently with mínimal supervision.
- Efficiently and confidently operate computer programs to maintain JDMIS' inventory database, place orders and receive goods.
- Operate office equipment to ensure proper stock of all printed class materials.
- Maintain the inventory, classrooms and work areas in a neat, orderly fashion at all times.
- Diligently follow established procedures and constantly think of improvements to propose to management for approval.
- Be willing to acquire excellent organizational skills and ability to organize others.
As a management trainee, you will undergo an **intensive 6-month training period **in which you’ll be responsible for your learning (i.e. documenting important procedures for your future reference). Upon successful completion of the training, you will become a permanent member of the JDMIS team, with opportunities to lead and manage a small team for Inventory and Logistics.
**This position requires a full-time** **commitment**. This Position is a 6-month traineeship that will lead to a full-time permanent position. Salary during the traineeship is $2600/mo. Permanent position salary: $3200 + performance component (of up to $700 per month.)
**Eligibility**:
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- No prior experience required, but relevant experience or education in Clerical/ Administrative Support, Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent is advantageous
- Have a good command of the English language and be able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and in writing
- Absolute attention to detail
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing programs
- Our systems require a sharp mind to operate efficiently. You should be IT savvy, but also happy to step away from the computer and do some manual work too
