We understand how design plays an important element in our goal to stand out against the rest of the big boys in the industry. We are looking for a Junior Art Director, who can cleverly use visuals to help us make a strong statement.

**Salary**:
SGD3,800 - SGD 5, 500 a month (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time

**Education/Experience**:
1-3 years of experience

No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design with the ability to do art direction
- Designing new ideas
- Not afraid to learn/ utilise AI ChatGPT
- Be the driving force behind the look and feel of our brand, ensuring all visual content is on-brand and aligned with our messaging
- Create designs that embody our unique approach to property investments and make us stand out in the industry
- Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop visual content for our website, social media, and marketing materials
