**_About the Position _**

At Lions Home, our mission is to enable our elderly residents to lead enriched lives through holistic and integrated care. We partner our donors and volunteers in our journey to enable our residents to lead active, healthy and meaningful lives with a sense of purpose. Lions Home is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Executive to fundraise and build strategic relations for the organisation. The position will report to the Head of Corporate Affairs Department.**_Requirements _**
- University degree with at least five consecutive years of working experience in strategic partnership

or marketing/corporate communications
- Successful track record of raising funds for non-profit organisations
- Resourceful, able to multi-task, with meticulous organisational skills
- Energetic, self-motivated and able to demonstrate leadership qualities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, in order to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in digital marketing, social media and/or Canva software will be a plus.

**_Responsibilities _**

Strategic Partnership (70%)
- Identify fundraising opportunities for the organisation
- Strategise, plan and execute fundraising initiatives to raise funds and build brand awareness for

Lions Home
- Build and strengthen relations with existing portfolio of donors and volunteers, as well as reach out

to prospective donors and corporate partners
- Organise key fundraising events to engage stakeholders
- Other administrative duties such as maintaining stakeholders’ database and facilities naming

updates.
- Participate in committee and work group meetings as required

Corporate Communications (30%)
- Develop and craft impactful donor communication materials such as publications, appeal letters,

direct mailers, social media campaigns.
- Work closely with the communications team to manage existing and new outreach platforms,

including content creation and curation.
- Work closely with the communications team to ensure consistent brand and messaging across all

partnership activities.
