**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the daily operations and guest relations of the Front Office, creating a memorable experience
- Ensure high guest satisfaction to build loyalty and return business
- Maintain smooth relationship between the Management and guests, resolve issues arising from guest complaints and attend to requests
- Assist the Front Office Manager in the overall supervision of the department to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Front Desk, Reservations and Concierge
