Welcome and assist VIP guests, ensuring personalized and seamless experiences. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Monitor guest feedback across multiple platforms and implement service improvements. Train and mentor staff to uphold service excellence and brand standards. Oversee guest recognition programs and loyalty initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or a similar hospitality role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills. Warm, professional, and customer‐focused demeanour. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or others are highly preferred and considered a strong advantage Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
