**Job Description & Requirements**:

- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
- Manage daily reservation system together with call center team. Keeping track of all guests needs and requirement.
- Efficiently maximize seating of Dining Room.
- Ensure all menu (food, beverage, wine list) are in good and presentable condition.
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
- Ensure grooming standard are kept at the highest standard for Guest Relations staff (make up, uniform, heels, appearance).
- Responsible for all Guest Relations staff training. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of system/products. Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines to conduct training programs. Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
- Oversee the side duty that has been assigned to all Guest Relations staff, make sure they are able to complete their job task correctly and on time, and report to the manager.
- In-charge of the reception Team’s scheduling. Time keeping - perform duties in a prompt manner.
- Periodically visits dining area to interact with Guests.
- Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.
- Perform other duties as directed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Hospitality or business administration preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position in F&B industry.
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player with positive mental attitude, proactive and customer service oriented.
