Singapore FRESHENING INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job summary**

1) Responsible for the sales objectives set by the company.

2) Responsible for all sales & operations of the department locally and overseas.

**Area of responsibilities**

1) Achieving the sales target set.

2) Promotion planning and execution for all platforms.

3) Liaise with Platforms’ Key Account Managers. (Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee, Amazon etc)

4) Product Listing and Maintenance of the platform catalogue.

5) Ensure smooth fulfilment and after sales service.

6) Minimise the incidences of lost customers to competition.

7) Responsible to handle customers enquires, direct marketing and contract review activities.

8) Update the company on all customer’s feedback on products / services.

9) Assist to send samples and attend to the urgent deliveries requested by the customers.

10) Assist to pack parcels during peak days when required.

12) Manage and train the E-commerce team.

13) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

**Competency requirements**

1) Diploma

2) Communication skills

3) Entrepreneurial spirit, Problem solving skills

4) Prior B2B sales experience

5) Class 3 license will be an added advantage

6) Good knowledge of Singapore E-commerce Marketplaces (Shopee, Qoo10, Lazada)

7) Familiarity with cross border E-commerce market

**Working Hours**

1) Monday - Friday: 8 30am to 5 45pm (1 Hour Break)

2) Saturday: 8 30am to 2 30pm
