**Customer Experience**:Keep a pulse on customer feedback and resolve any issues related to online shopping promptly.

**Team Leadership**:Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge in digital marketing strategies, e-commerce technologies, and AI tools.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage, inspire, and drive a team towards innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Additional qualifications in AI or data science will be a significant plus.
