**Responsibilities**:

- Define and revise order fulfilment policies alongside a service recovery system
- Develop and implement a roadmap for the online store with new service operations
- Drive e-commerce sales performance
- Examine past performance of campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness
- Examine service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Examine the new market trends and business opportunities in the global and local landscape
- Generate business questions based on data analysis, ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights
- Identify potential partnerships
- Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programmes
- Manage and evaluate the e-commerce operations and processes
- Manage and measure the performance of technology vendor
- Manage customer loyalty programmes with the implementation of new technologies
- Manage the sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns over digital platforms
- Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance
- Monitor and evaluate data analytics tools
- Promote service innovation

**Job Requirements**
- Min Bachelor Degree holder(s) or equivalent in the field of Marketing/Business/Communications
- 4 - 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or FMCG industry related
- Driven, self-motivated and passionate in leading a team
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (for business communication needs)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
