**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Analyst / Communications role is responsible for the creation and execution of creative visual content, social media management, website maintenance, and event organization for the company. This role also involves managing the digital photo library, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting marketing campaigns across multiple regions, including Singapore, China, & Hong Kong.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Visual Design**
- Develop key visuals (KV) to support marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and presentations in accordance with Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines.

**Social Media Management**
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with teams to promote offers, events, and announcements in a timely manner.

**Photo Library Management**
- Maintain and organize the company’s digital photo library, ensuring images are tagged, archived, and accessible for marketing needs.
- Continuously update the library with fresh imagery to support current campaigns and initiatives.

**Website Management**
- Update and maintain the company website across regions (Singapore, China, Hong Kong), ensuring content accuracy and engagement.

**Event Organization**
- Assist in planning and executing events, including product launches, trade shows, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery, from preparation to post-event follow-up.

**Collaboration & Marketing Support**
- Liaise with third-party partners, including banks, airport authorities, and the Ministry of Tourism, to drive collaborative marketing initiatives.
- Work with the sales manager to compile marketing budgets and plans, and review the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing alignment and successful execution.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Analyze market trends and performance data, including market PID, to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing activities, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

**Calendar & Activity Updates**
- Maintain and update the calendar of events for the Singapore market, ensuring all key activities are scheduled and communicated effectively.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and event outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, visual design, and communications, preferably within the travel or aviation industry.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience managing websites and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with marketing practices in aviation or travel industries.
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics in Singapore, China, Hong Kong.
