As our Data Analyst, you will manage all our business and consumer data and transform them into actionable insights and recommendations for the company. You will provide visibility to shoppers’ behaviors both online and offline, market trends and sales performances of our products across our local and overseas markets and platforms. The scope of work involves data mining, data analytics and interactions with cross functional teams and stakeholders from E-commerce, Retail, CRM and Customer Support.

This role is highly multi-functional providing insights and analytical support to drive our Omnichannel transformation to create a seamless consumer experience across all distribution channels thereby connecting online and offline channels as well as elevating the in-store digital consumer experience. The right person should be someone who can do more than organize the data but leverage on data to influence budgeting and strategic decisions. This role will report to the E-commerce team.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform all analytical and reporting related activities on Omnichannel transformation, digital performance, e-commerce platforms, customer database, website behavior, campaigns, CRM, loyalty, retail operations (store efficiencies, product/inventory assortment analysis).
- Develop dashboards to gain real time insights, provide data visualization, to allow quick access to view and monitor operational and metric performances.
- Propose and utilize CRM reporting tools to monitor consumer buying trends, monitor progressions and loyalty performances.
- Work on projects and reporting across channels to further shape the Omnichannel Reporting capabilities and landscape to drive the companies shift towards an Omnichannel experience.
- Present and deliver weekly / monthly / ad-hoc reports to management and key stakeholders.

**Requirements
- Preferably 1-2 years' experience as a Data Analyst, ideally with experience in E-commerce and/or Retail environment.
- Familiar with data visualisation tool (Tableau, Qlik-view, Qlik-sense, Power BI), Adobe, Google analytics or any other web analytics tool.
- Strong understanding of and sensitivity towards data integrity and cleanliness.
- Ability to transform data effectively into meaningful information to support continued improvements, innovations and growth.
- Proven track record as a resourceful self-starter who is creative and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Prior experience with Shopify is a plus
