**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualifications of Diploma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Strong initiative
- Understand the local fashion/e-commerce industry
- Positive attitude, creative, has a keen eye for detail and must be resilient
- A genuine curiosity to know how things work and how to make things better
- Be able to work individually and as a team.
- Office Location: Bukit Merah (Central)
Job Scope:
- Handling Director's calendar, including all appointments, meetings and events.
- Acting as the contact point between the Director and clients.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Taking notes and following up for meetings
- Run errands as requested.
- Other administrative duties

- Our SuperGurl HQ office is located within **Bukit Merah**.
- Our office opens from **Monday to Fridays, 9.30am to 6.30pm** unless otherwise stated.
