We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Personal Assistant** to support our Wealth Director. You will be responsible for managing clients and administrative support, coordinating and scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, appointments, and meal reservation arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents
- Prepare presentation slides, meeting agendas, and follow-ups
- Coordinate client reviews and follow-up appointments
- Clients servicing and administrative support
- Address client inquiries and provide timely updates
- Provide personal and professional support as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant disposition and friendly
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with good time management to assist Wealth Director
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Google Sheet, Canva and digital editing tools
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage
