Job Title: Personal Assistant to Financial Services Director

Location: Labrador Tower

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support a busy and successful Financial Services Director. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations so that the Director can focus on serving clients and growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle calls, emails, and client communication professionally
  • Organize and maintain client records and policy documents
  • Support clients with policy-related questions, claims, and updates
  • Assist with insurance applications and renewals
  • Help plan and coordinate client and company events

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher education preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or support roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information with integrity
  • Must be currently authorized to work without the need for employer visa sponsorship

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 14 days of annual leave
  • Medical allowance
