**The Opportunity**
If you would like to join us, our team is looking for a **Regional Sales Director **to manage our national sales and operations with executives at some of Singapore’s largest companies - helping them to advance their global strategic objectives.

**Key responsibilities**
- Be a **trusted advisor **to clients gaining good understanding of needs to identify where we can challenge and add value, suggesting solutions and calling in experts from own and other teams to provide the best solution possible for the client.
- Sustain **focus on key metrics **, **achieve **quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue **targets **, report on pipeline-building metrics and forecasts to senior sales management
- Lead local sales and operations, ensuring you hit annual revenue targets, defining the overall strategy for the Singapore market and establishing effective processes.
- Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes independently, using a consultative approach and executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions, and negotiations with C-level stakeholders.
- Draw on the best product stack available on the market. We offer premium cutting-edge educational products both online and F2F that you can sell with confidence
- Have a well-designed database of high potential companies to pursue, so you can map and identify new business opportunities in Singapore.
- Collaborate with support teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process Define the overall strategy for the market to fulfil sales and client management KPIs
**The skills & experience we look for**
- 5+ years senior HR sales or operations experience, ideally in a global education organisation.
- 2+ years consultancy experience with a top firm (e.g. Mckinsey, Accenture)
- Excellent business acumen
- Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Passion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organizations Multi-lingual (bonus points)
