**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the centralized purchasing function including goods and services as directed.
- Ensure the function is carried within budgets and all purchase transactions are aligned with the purchasing policy and procedures.
- Timely generate and issuance of award, through the sourcing of the goods/services which meets the department's requirements.
- Assist in the evaluation, approval of award and contract management process.
- Managed a pool of approved vendor list.
- Maintenance of records from Purchase request to Award of Purchase Orders/ Letters.
- Generate purchasing reports as and when required.
**Key Selection Criteria**
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and administration, preferably in the education sector
- Good communication skills and able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers, vendors and related stakeholders.
