From managing corporate accounting to overseeing audits, your expertise will uphold compliance standards and elevate financial reporting quality. Beyond operational excellence, you will utilise your analytical skills to provide critical insights, empowering the management team to make informed decisions. This dynamic role is ideal for a proactive finance professional eager to drive impact while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage finance operations, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, statutory reporting (tax), intercompany transactions, and compliance with SFRS and Singapore tax regulations. In charge of audit processes, ensuring timely preparation and compliance with tax and audit requirements. Serve as the primary contact for external financial and tax advisors, including auditors, corporate secretary and tax agents. Ensure audits are completed as per target timeline. Support the preparation and documentation of financial statements and statutory requirements, including group consolidations, and collaborate with external auditors to finalise audited financials.
