Responsibilities
- Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen, as well as communicating with the executive and sous chefs to ensure a productive working environment
- Preparing ingredients with baking and other kitchen equipment.
- Making pastries, baked goods, and confections according to a recipe.
- Make new recipes for seasonal dishes.
- Pastries and desserts are decorated to ensure a visually appealing and flavorful presentation.

Requirement
- 2 years of experience working in the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or other relevant role.
- Understanding of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
- Creative ability combined with artistic ability in the decoration of cakes and other desserts.
- Pays close attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
