Our client is a reputable leading pharma company, due to business expansion plans, they are currently seeking a Senior/Sales Manager to join and lead their dedicated sales team, ensuring high standards of delivery and client satisfaction to achieve business and financial targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Successful development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategy and programs to increase brand awareness of our client’s products and achieve revenue, profitability and market share growth objectives.
- Build close relationships with KOLs and patient advocacy groups.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze business/market/competitor trends, research sales leads, competitive and win/loss analyses, and customer needs to facilitate innovative marketing programs.
- Provide ongoing training to improve product knowledge and selling-related skill
- Develop and implement an efficient sales and distribution network to maximise sales opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience in CNS/Psychiatry field is preferred
- Sales leadership and/or pharmaceutical brand management experience
- Able to work cross-functionally especially with sales team to develop specific plan to address different challenges at customer level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
