**BUSINESS EXECUTIVE - PHARMA**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Business Executive - Pharma**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and arrange meeting agenda and schedule with colleagues in APAC for the Pharma Leadership Team and Regional President
- Organize business unit internal and external events in the region
- Project coordination between department and tracking of the progress
- Sales & Management Reporting - Develop and maintain Pharma business unit reports and presentations covering its business, suppliers and customers performance
- Sales reporting: consolidate the monthly reporting from countries and share with the pharma leadership team
- Maintain and update Pharma business unit Organization Charts
- Structure the business unit sharepoint and support the ticketing systems for other departments
- Provide administrative support in areas such as maintenance of Sharepoint access & structure, internal surveys, arrangement of merchandize
- Support the I&AC with Sample ordering and collection
- Provide commercial and administrative support to the Regional President, Pharma APAC
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
**Experience**: Preferably 5 years of experience in similar role

**Others**:

- Fluent spoken English
- High competency working with Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint, strong reporting skill
- Good organization skills, meticulous, good interpersonal skill
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated and disciplined approach is essential
