**The Group’s core business comprises the following segments: Specialty Pharma Principals, Proprietary Brands, and Medical Hypermart and Digital. Besides marketing and selling a range of specialty pharmaceutical products in selected ASEAN countries through exclusive distributorship or licensing and supply agreements with brand principals mainly from Europe and the United States, the Group also develops, markets and sells its own proprietary range of dermatological products and health supplement products. In addition, the Group operates a medical hypermart for healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions and retail pharmacies, to supply pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.**

DESIGNATION : Pharma Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage Pan-Malayan’s operational efficiency and service level via section heads and team leaders.
- Oversee and manage Pan-Malayan’s production efficiency and output optimisation in meeting the demand for orders for local and export markets.
- Responsible for overall facilities, logistics, systems and controls, relevant third-parties, safety and related operational aspects.
- Adapt, enhance processes and automate if necessary to improve cost efficiency and overall productivity.
- Management of operational and production budget in coordination with the GM.
- Development of individual department budgets
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, dismissing, orienting, leading, coaching, mentoring, motivating, disciplining, counselling and training of Pan-Malayan’s operational staff
- Reinforcing company culture, vision, mission and values of company to the team.
- Leadership capability and oversee both operational and production staff’s long-term career prospects in the company

QUALIFICATIONS
- Pharmacist with at least 5 years’ relevant operational experience
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
- Process-driven, proficient with ERP system and business-oriented
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
- A strong leader who motivates and builds strong leaders who can then independently lead their sections and teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
