We are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our growing team. This is a replacement position based in Singapore within the Corporate Finance function.

**Responsibilities**:
Group FP&A
- Support the preparation of monthly Reporting
- Oversees the preparation of the annual budgeting / LE activities as well as monthly performance outlook for the Business units within the cluster.
- Work with Business Controller in establishing Financial Targets for the Budget & LE.
- Support Business Controller in establishing Planning timetable.
- Work closely with Corporate Controlling team to ensure all policy guidance are duly reviewed and implemented
- Create a systematic and comprehensive approach to the construction of a consolidated annual budget.
- Establish a system that continuously updates the financial forecast to reflect actual and changes in operating environment.

Sales Controlling Functional Lead
- Oversee the Actual Monthly Sales Tie out process (METOP) process for entire group
- Serve as overall custodian of the master data coordinator for Principal Codes definition.
- Provide monthly Revenue Flash reporting analytics to the EMT
- Create a systematic and comprehensive approach to the construction & consolidation of various Supplementary Revenue Performance tracker
- Establish a system that continuously updates the financial result so as to reflect the underlying performance of the actual performance versus Budget and Prior Years.
- Benchmark the Gross to Nett accounting Across Markets to ensure all discount factors are reported in a consistently manner.

Effective communication and coordination with Country Finance Leads and Functional Lead
- Establish a management reporting routine to review and collate all key financial information from various BUs & Functions. Prepare monthly, quarterly and other periodic Management Reports
- Carry out in-depth analysis of specific key business drivers or to understand the root cause of a business issue
- Support Business Controller in setting up the monthly Financial Dashboard review routine with CEO/CFO. Support feasibility and profitability analysis by preparing financial models to measure impact of various business options and decisions

Finance BI Dashboard Super User
- Be a BI Superuser within Regional Corporate Finance. Support and manage BI dashboard on Lake to ensure the tool is “fit-for-purpose” at all times. Anticipate and manage changes to the BI. Provides practical, efficient and optimal solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Understands all systems platforms (ECC, BPC, SAP HANA, Azure DataLake, BI etc.) and how they interact with each other, and develop a risk mitigation plan to ensure BI tool is reliable, efficient and of high quality to users.

**Requirements**:

- More than 5-8 years of post-qualifying experience. Possesses extensive experience in business planning, management reporting, financial analysis and business partnering.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting process and modelling is a must.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Financial Planning and Business Analytics tool such as BPC, HFM, Cognos, TM1, PBIX, Tableau, including functional design, administration and maintenance.
- Strong Excel spreadsheet and Powerpoint presentation skills and knowledge in Phyton will be highly desired.
- Independent self-starter, able to mine data quickly, work with large volume of data while maintaining an appropriate overview of outcome.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to unearth and structure information and clearly communicate conclusions and recommendation from analysis.
- Strong inclination to improve efficiency.
