As directed by APAC FP&A leadership, the FP&A Manager will support the FP&A activities for the APAC region, including the regional leadership's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects across both the region's P&L, and the region's Franchise Advertising Fund (FAF) P&L. This position will assist in preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects. This position acts as the analytical engine for the region to provide insights and support "optimal" business decision making while maintaining coordination and consistency with Global Finance directives. **Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Analyzing monthly financial results in comparison to established budget,investigating any significant variances, irregular and unusual transactions and taking corrective action as needed.Performing in-depth monthly variance analysis. - Partnering to create and maintain forecasting, facilitating the identification of Risks & Opportunities. - Managing annual budget including: development of processes and timeline; training of staff on the execution; analyzing the budget for overall strategic objectives and goals of the region; making and tracking adjustments as needed - Working with Global FP&A tools to provide dashboard reporting metrics. - Collaborating and developing strong working relationships with other members of regional team to ensure their needs and the organization's needs are met while promoting a culture of high performance and quality customer service.Creating and maintaining controls and analysis through financial modelling and presentation,setting the strategy for the business with Regional &Global Leadership and being able to communicate it effectively to different levels (broad APAC & Global Leadership). **Skills and Expericen Required** - 4+ years previous work experience. - Bachelor degree, finance or similar - Proven track record in financial analysis &reporting.Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves, work in a lean environment with hands-on management capacity and desire. - Experience in managing budget and demonstrated ability to work within approved budget. - Experience working in a matrix management environment, preferably in a Global company. - Experience with FP&A tools, coupled with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. OneStream, Tableau, SQL and VBA experience added an advantage. - Strong leadership skills, articulate and excellent written communication skills. - Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated, balanced with high standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. - Ability to manage different stakeholders and communicate effectively. - Working experience in a Food & Beverage setting with some restaurant operations exposure will be an added advantage.
