**About the role**

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Woodlands North Region. As a fulltime Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning and coordination to final execution
- Liaise with clients, architects, Internal Team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and align expectations
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Coordinate and manage the work of our skilled team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient collaboration
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement effective strategies to address challenges
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with the wider project management team to share best practices and continuously improve our processes

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Assistant Project Manager in the construction or Interior Work.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within defined timelines and budgets
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software, with the ability to create and interpret detailed project plans
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and team members
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,300.00 - $5,100.00 per month
