About the role

Lide Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in the Woodlands North Region, overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing detailed project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control measures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives
  • Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of local experience in project management within the Civil Engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or Civil engineering background.
