HR/admin Manager

**Job Summary**:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within an organization. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment and supporting the organization's overall goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, working hours, and leave policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts to promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics and provide reports and analysis to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

**Salary**: $4,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
