To be part of this family, join us as a Gaming Market Specialist in our fast growing Asia Pacific Consumer Display & Client Peripherals team. In the current fast growing gaming market where gamer’s needs often differ from other user personas, as the market specialist you will be responsible for analyzing the market from every angle, developing and implementing strategies, identifying & executing new opportunities to grow our Gaming business, and creating exiting partnerships within & outside Dell.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify current & future gaming customer needs including willingness to pay for features
- Analyze Total Addressable Market by customer segment, price point, RTM,.
- Identify product gaps
- Map competitive landscape, including identifying relevant competitor models competing with our Dell offers
- Perform sale analyses (seasonality trends, promotional mix & elasticity, product transition schedule)
- Identify & execute growth opportunities
- Create our Gaming Strategy (displays & Peripherals)
- Together with our assortment & global portfolio planners, work on future portfolio, identify product range by route to market, set price points, and define promotions (4 Ps)
- Create exiting local partnerships both within (e.g., with marketing, gaming system brand team,) & outside Dell (Gaming focused resellers, events, influencers,)

Essential Requirements
- Passionate about PC Gaming
- At least 3 years IT industry experience with displays and client peripherals, (i.e., Product Marketing, Sales, Brand management), preferably in consumer space
- 8-10 years pricing, marketing, merchandising, sales, sales support, or finance experience
- Strong analytical/problem solving ability and proficiency with creating models in Excel
- Ability to handling complexity using 80/20 approach
- Ability to transform data into insights into actions
- Able to deal with ambiguity
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Independent pro-active self-starter with strong sense of ownership & accountability
- Ability to work independently with virtual & cross-functional teams across Asia
- Good verbal and written communication and influencing skills
