**Position: Finance Manager (Asia Pacific)**

This role reports to Finance Director and assists in financial planning, performance reporting/analysis, capital investment management and Group systems and templates implementation. This can be considered an individual contributor role and having a staff to assist on the monthly entries, etc. Occasional traveling may be required.

In addition, this role will assist the APAC Competence Center Cement (CCC) Director in data collection/analysis and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
Finance
- Prepares regular financial reports for line management and support the financial needs of other Area functions in Singapore.
- Compiles monthly local financial statements of the countries in the Area.
- Assists in analytical review of both financial and non-financial information of capital projects in close collaboration with business lines.
- Ensures Singapore Corporate HQ accounts are prepared in accordance with HC Group policies.
- Liaises with external auditors and tax agents to ensure and tax submission of Singapore accounts are timely.
- Participates in due diligence exercises.
- Supports the setup of new country organizations.
- Develop training programs for finance staff in Asia Pacific.

Competence Center Cement (CCC)
- Prepare consolidated reports on APAC level including analysis of the performance and trends.
- Act as a regional coordinator between APAC countries to ensure accurate and timely update of relevant reports as per Group requirements.
- Support APAC Competence Center Cement Director on tasks and projects as assigned (such as data collection, presentations preparation, trainings organization, etc).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MBA is preferred
- Oversight of Accounting/Financial Statement close process (10 years)
- Financial Analysis (DCF and related) supporting CAPEX/corporate development investment decisions (5-10 years)
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Able to work independently
