Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client is an innovative fintech company transforming the way digital financial solutions are delivered. With a rapidly expanding global presence, they provide cutting-edge financial services to clients around the world. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a **Regional Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote)**to join their dynamic HR team and drive the recruitment strategy across the APAC region. This individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the APAC region, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent for various functions within their growing fintech company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for the APAC region, aligning with the company’s business goals and growth objectives.
- Partner with hiring managers across various departments (e.g., product, technology, operations, marketing) to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with the broader recruitment strategy.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles across the APAC region.
- Serve as an ambassador for the company, promoting its culture, values, and employer brand to attract top-tier talent in the fintech space.
- Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to enhance the company’s employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.Collaborate with senior leadership, HR business partners, and hiring managers to define hiring goals and talent requirements for the region.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on recruiting metrics, trends, and progress toward hiring targets.
- Stay current on talent trends, market conditions, and best practices in the APAC region, particularly within the fintech and tech industries.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, hiring regulations, and HR policies in multiple APAC countries.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years of experience recruiting across the APAC region, preferably in the fintech, technology, or financial services sectors.
- Experience working remotely and managing remote teams is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the regional labor market, cultural nuances, and hiring regulations across APAC countries.
- Expertise in using talent acquisition tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven and able to leverage recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve results.A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing company within the fintech industry.
