**Job Description**:
Opportunity knocks only once with this rare RPO opportunity within the luxury goods space for a well-known global French brand AGS is looking for a proven talent acquisition leader to manage a high-profile logo, inclusive of strategy, operations, talent acquisition, P&L, and more importantly, a high-performing team.

**Your opportunity**
- Based in our Singapore corporate office, this role has full accountability for all internal hires across APAC.
- You will partner closely with our senior leaders and internal hiring managers to ensure our onsite and corporate teams are fully resourced and operational
- Please note there is great potential to explore further career opportunities within AGS beyond this role.

**Your remit**
- Managing & leading a team for all recruitment activities, who handle positions from entry to mid-senior level across various business units.
- Providing market intelligence to stakeholders/hiring leaders and creating an ongoing pipeline for specific roles.
- Identifying future talent needs and leading the team to proactively source and recruit for developing quality talent pools.
- Responsible for developing a recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, job board procurement, digital and non-digital recruitment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Ensuring hiring targets are met within the specified SLA’s by maintaining turnaround time and source mix.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining profitability for the respective business units, whilst ensuring the team is proactively staffed to capacity at all times to meet the business demands.
- Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels, whilst taking ownership and responsibility regardless of the positive or negative situation.
- Understanding hiring leaders’ needs and delivering value by creating the right solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues.
- Responsible for deploying sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for mass volume and niche hiring across all levels
- Client relationship management/stakeholder management.
- Strategizing hiring requirements according to client demands and ensuring that their needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner.

**Your skills**
- This role is highly relationship-driven and requires a responsive, consultative, and professional end-to-end talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of building successful stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to formulate customized sourcing strategies as per changing business demands & market trends.
- You are able to guide stakeholders through complex situations and drive successful outcomes whilst effectively managing expectations.
- As a self-motivated individual, you welcome autonomy and will thrive on being accountable for your region.
- We have a strong team culture across APAC, therefore it’s important that you are team-focused and collaborative, with the ability to build successful working relationships
- Data-driven, with strategic agility, executive presence with excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate ideas into results.
- Proven ability to work under pressure to deliver towards client timelines.
- The ability to speak another language such as Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is greatly favoured due to the regional requirements of this role.
- Flexibility to travel when needed/safe to do so.
