- Collaborate and lead Recruiters/Sourcers Task Force Team across the region to support the hiring demand of our rapidly growing businesses and deliver annual hiring plan and target.
- Develop strategic talent landscape and aggressive sourcing strategy for APJ Region that enables successful hiring result across business units in terms of quantity, quality and diversity.
- Team up with business leaders, HRBP and Global Talent Acquisition Team to drive hiring initiatives and programs, with particular focus on Strategic Hires.
- Provide recruiting leadership and consultancy in participating business/HR projects
- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer centric recruitment experience to all stakeholders
- Support and drive the talent acquisition roadmap for the APJ Region and work seamlessly with key stakeholders to make sure we are aligned in how we support business and organization growth locally and globally

職缺需求
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid track record/experience in corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring tech talents. At least 8 years of experience working as a seasoned talent acquisition professional/leads. More than 2 years of managerial experience would be a plus.
- Exposure to partnering / leading / managing teams in Asia-Pacific region is an added advantage
- Self-sufficient and able to lead the team with little direct supervision.
- Experienced in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and client relationships.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Analytic skills with ability to make recommendations and initiatives through gaining insight of a variety of metrics and reporting data. Seasoned presentation skills.
- A fast learner with proven resilience and agility who can turn challenges into opportunities
