Regional Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager Join Randstad Singapore as a Regional Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will report directly to the Regional Head of HR and work closely with senior leadership to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical functions and lead additional key HR projects. Base Pay Range : Provided by Randstad Singapore, the final pay will be based on skills and experience. Responsibilities Recruitment Drive end‐to‐end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment and hiring of top talent in technology and commercial functions. Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging social media, industry events and strategic partnerships to elevate the employer brand. Manage relationships with HR vendors, recruitment agencies and partners. HR Generalist Assist with contract management, onboarding, performance management documentation and compliance with local labor laws across regional offices. Employee Engagement Design and implement local and regional employee engagement programs such as wellness challenges, team‐building events and internal communications to foster an inclusive culture. Learning & Development Collaborate with leaders to identify critical skill gaps; curate or develop localized L&D content and facilitate training sessions to support employee growth. Skills & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 5‐7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist experience, ideally in a regional scope. Strong foundational knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution‐oriented approach.
