**Talent Acquisition Function Overview and Job Purpose**
The regional Talent Acquisition is part of our Global Talent Management Center of Excellence (CoE) organization and aims to deliver talent-centered, relevant, and scalable solutions to support fast paced growth. The objectives include fostering an inclusive work environment to attract the best talent, promote engagement, employee growth, skills, and recognition to drive performance and talent retention.
This position is open to being in Singapore/China/India/other locations are also open for consideration. It supports with planning, developing, facilitating, and implementing a variety of talent acquisition practices, tools, systems, and trainings. This role will partner closely with several key stakeholders located within the region primarily with HR at country level and regional leaders.
- **Talent Acquisition & Diversity**
- Collaborate closely with the executives, DEI and HR teams, identifying areas of opportunities to drive our diverse representation goals at regional level and develop strategies and ways to address gaps in short and long-term.
- **Strategic Talent Acquisition & Branding**
- Act as the regional TA expert which includes philosophy, governance, strategies, as well as training of HR business partners and leaders in the region.
- In partnership with corporate communications team, take the lead to find ways to promote visibility about job opportunities and identify innovative ways to engage and promote FMC’s brand via socials medias
- **Liaison between Global TA and Regional Org**
- Ensure fully adoption at regional level from country HR related TA Global processes, tools, reports and policies complying with global governance
- Act as the primary escalation focal point for country HRs addressing processes and systems issues with Global TA org
- Participate in global TA projects from conception to implementation, including proposals, project plans and communication/resourcing plans collaborating, and gaining agreement with important partners across region
- **Vendor Management**
- Identify opportunities for synergies cross countries at regional level related to external search firms engagement
- Evaluate external partners effectiveness and quality through metrics and propose changes and actions based on assessment results
- Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition
- Minimum 2 years in a global, multi continent and complex organization
- Minimum 2 years working through a remote team and matrix organization
- Proficient in English

- **HR Subject Matter & Talent Management Expertise**: Experienced in the core Talent Management functions including Recruiting, Onboarding, Engagement.
- **Analytics & Insights**: Leverages data from multiple sources to analyze and understand key business trends and patterns; uses analytics and insights to drive key changes or interventions.
- **Program & Project Management**: Manages the delivery of business -aligned projects; ensures field ready implementation.
- **Communication & Executive Presence**:executive presence and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
- **Business Partnership**:Develops strong partnering relationship with HR and colleagues by building trust and having insight into the business’ drivers and needs.
