Are you experienced in stakeholder management and known for delivering results in a fast-paced, enjoyable environment?** If yes, we want to hear from you as we have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - APAC **to join our team **What you will be doing.**: As our **Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - APAC,** you will make a significant impact by sourcing, screening, and interviewing talent for a range of niche roles within our organization. You will work partnering with the hiring managers to cover the entire **APAC Regions **and also to grasp their talent and hiring requirements driving the hiring process. - Partner with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance. - Build relationships with key hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities. - Coordinate and participate in the recruitment and selection process. The role is based in **Singapore.** Flexibility to working hours is expected. **What we are looking for.**: - You are known for your attention to detail, professionalism, self-motivation, and time management. - Talent Acquisition professional with HR, business, or related field degree or equivalent education/experience - 4+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced multinational company or recruitment agency ideally from one of the following sectors Oil & Gas, Energy, Renewables, Maritime - Have knowledge of local labour law, HR policies, GDPR, and recruitment technology/tools (e.g., ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter) - Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) - Have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) **What is in it for you?**: We are a dynamic team of motivated and enthusiastic HR individuals who work together in a tight-knit and positive environment.
