This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Singapore , offering the chance to shape and lead the recruitment function across both local and global markets. Compensation : Base Salary up to SGD 95,000/annum Location : East of Singapore Direct message the job poster from Frazer Jones Key Responsibilities Lead in building a structured and scalable recruitment function. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Singapore and international markets, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines. Manage relationships with external search partners for niche or senior-level roles. Design and implement recruitment workflows and establish key hiring metrics to drive data-informed decisions. Lead employer branding initiatives and develop early talent strategies, ensuring a strong and sustainable talent pipeline for the future. Ideal Profile 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environments. Proven track record in setting up recruitment processes and defining recruitment metrics. Experience hiring across technology, corporate, and leadership functions. Strong knowledge of both Singapore and global talent markets.
