Castlery is looking for a **Senior Specialist,** **Talent Acquisition & Management (TA&M) **to join our **People & Culture Department.**

As our **Senior TA&M Specialist for the marketing department**, you will become the marketing team's talent partner by deeply understanding their needs and finding the exceptional people who are technically solid, culturally fit, and motivationally aligned to join us in this journey, and continue managing and developing our marketing talent as we continue to scale.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of full-cycle marketing recruitment along with a strategic mindset to develop a highly skilled workforce in a rapidly scaling organization. The job responsibilities are as per below.

**What you will be doing**

Talent Management
- Become the talent partner to the marketing management team, working closely with them to identify, forecast and fill up organizational capability gaps and build A-teams to drive performance, retention, and culture.
- Develop talent management strategies, policies, processes, and programmes to identify, develop and retain talent, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, etc.
- Co-create and adapt training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the marketing team to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Design career pathways for critical roles to generate awareness on career progression opportunities and guide managers on career development policies and programmes.
- Develop and manage high-potential and succession planning programmes.

Talent Acquisition
- Work with the marketing department's leaders and managers to solve evolving organizational needs, hiring plans, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Source, map, and develop social engagement for marketing talent pools; identify and hire the best talent available for our current stage of growth.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and make Castlery the employer of choice for marketing talents.

**What you'll need**
- Being fanatic in knowing and working with the best marketing talents
- Experienced in full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth scale-up company with global exposure and mindset
- Proven expertise in rapidly scaling a business through recruitment and integration of new talent into existing teams
- Prior experiences in retail, eCommerce brands; hiring experience for senior marketing roles is a plus
- Experienced in talent mapping and employer branding
- Experienced in talent partnering with business leaders in a complex and fast-paced business setting in high growth mode
- Demonstrated capability in coaching and mentoring junior TA&M team members
- Strong business background, acumen, and curiosity
- Problem solver and track record of developing positive organisational/culture change initiatives
